Resonance (previously Holographic) Repatterning is a system for self-healing developed by Chloe Wordsworth, a holistic health educator. This amazing process is based on the recent scientific theories that the universe is something like a hologram where every part contains a representation of the whole. The material reality of the Universe, of which our bodies, minds and souls are a part, is a living energy of sound and light waves vibrating at different frequencies.
When we experiences difficulties in our lives there is distortion or dissonance in the frequencies that express our body’s emotions, thoughts and beliefs. With the Holographic Repatterning process, a skilled practitioner can discover the cause of the distorted energy and apply specific healing procedures to restore our resonance to the high frequencies that promote optimum health, confidence and success.
This system of self-healing can be used to address any problem, pain or limitation that an individual, family or group of any kind may be experiencing. The process may be used in individual sessions with a facilitator such as Carolyn, in group sessions or remotely by the proxy method (give permission to a facilitator to include your field of energy in a repatterning session).

Carolyn Winter is an internationally recognized certified practitioner of Holographic Repatterning
who has been working with the discipline for over 11 years. Also known as Resonance Repatterning, its applications are open to creative license; Carolyn’s unique approach includes the coordination of online group proxy sessions, a form of interactive long distance healing in which participants work in virtual or nonlinear time (at their own pace). As someone who employs a wide range of healing modalities, she believes strongly that what works for one person may not work for another; that the expression of healing is highly individual, and that the tools called for must be shaped accordingly.
Carolyn’s educational background is in Human Development, a well regarded field that involves the holistic study of family life and healthy communities. She received her Bachelor of Applied Science Degree from theUniversityofGuelph, where she majored in Child Studies. Her particular pride, however, is in studying a version of the Resonance Repatterning system called Healing the Family Systems, developed by Carin Block and drawn from the work of the luminary Bert Hellinger.
Often motivated by hands-on, practical means to problem solving and community building, Carolyn found her place as executive director in the social service field, dedicating 20 years to not-for-profit agencies before moving on to her current profession. A solid leader with a flair for organizational re-visioning, she focused her expertise in areas of funding, public relations, strategic planning and community outreach, doing what she could to help others realize their purpose and potential.
In some ways, Carolyn is doing the same thing in resonance repatterning: assisting individuals to “resonate” with what they want in their lives in order to live in balance and attain their goals. Perceptive and highly sensitive to others needs, she has a gift for being able to spot a pattern, get to the core of things and identify just what is called for in a client’s healing process. Often described as a “psychic intuitive”, she aspires to be both kind and compassionate in her work. “If guardian angels could take human form,” a colleague once said, “Carolyn would be it.”
Since 2000, Carolyn has fine-tuned a comprehensive, interactive online program called Mastering My Present Moment Project, an initiative that focuses on significant life issues that block us from manifesting our heart’s desire. She has been the president of the worldwide organization Repatterning Practitioners Association since 2004. When she is not working with clients on a one-to-one basis, she and her peers offer a weekly online group proxy session called the World Peace Hologram. Carolyn makes her home inToronto,Canada.
