Communication – Nature’s Gift of Summer

Our affirmation for this Fire Element quality is “I enjoy communicating in a direct and honest way” – a quality we enjoy if our Fire Element energy is coherent and balanced.   When we are out of tune in this area we may experience many miscommunications leading to misunderstandings or just an inability to express ourselves especially in the moment.   I

think of the movie “You’ve Got Mail” where the Meg Ryan character chats with her anonymous friend about being unable to reply to insults in the moment.  Her online buddy (Tom Hanks) has the opposite problem  in conversations, always leveling zingers  that hurt.

To strengthen your Fire Element be sure you get a dose of natural sunlight each day, open the drapes in your space, or get outside for a walk.  Notice how things change in your communications with others.
