The lack of father energy and a stable family environment contributes to a lack of peace in the world. When the natural father energy is missing from the family unit the child may not receive clear structure. The mother typically provides love, softness, generosity and predictability. Yet the child needs clear direction; knowing what they can and cannot do; what the consequences of behavior are and what is truly of value. Divorce rates are high; fathers are often absent and women are trying to do it all. As a result children are not always receiving consistent father energy. The rise in gangs, terrorist groups, violence and a sense of the ‘inmates running the asylum’ as portrayed in the”Lost Boys” is the natural consequences of this missing ingredient.
