Fun From Beckham to Bond to Bean – Nature’s Gift of Summer

Did you manage to watch the opening ceremonies from the Summer Olympics? What a spectacular celebration!  The whole thing was wonderful but the my favorites bits included the movie trailer with the Queen being escorted by James Bond (the adorable Daniel Craig) and the London Symphony rendition of the chariots of Fire spoofed by Mr. Bean’s antics and dream sequence.  I laughed heartily.

The event reflected for me the best of summers Fire Element energy of connection to others, coming together as a group and having fun.   This pervasive energy is expressed as dancing, singing, laughter, and good humor all of which were included in the ceremonies.  The queen herself was not immune to summer’s energy when she agreed to doing the movie trailer setting aside royal reserve for fun and laughter on the world stage.
