Can You Spot The Dirty Dozen?

Healthy food choices are getting seriously  more difficult to make.  We know the harm that pesticides can cause and yet  who knows what has been used in the production of food.  The Environmental Working Group however, helps consumers evaluate choices.  Every year they name the “Dirty Dozen” in terms of foods that retain pesticides and are therefore better purchased from the organic department.  If you have not yet heard of this group or their annual report  here is the actual press release link: The Dirty Dozen Report .

However, this link will take you to a page that pictures the dirty dozen foods to buy organic and the ones that don’t matter.  I say print it out and put it in your wallet or purse for shopping day.  But before you leave this page, can you guess which food is the dirtiest in the photo above and which is the best?   The  Handy Grocery Shopping List of dirty dozen foods will give you the answer.

When you navigate your personal holographic universe (the one where ripples of your energy field overlap with everyone else’s), tap into the energy of trustworthy groups with information like EWG and naturally make healthier choices.  Make it  your new pattern.

If you are enrolled in my Repatterning for Repatterning for Health and Fitness series, consider adding  these to your Personal Action Intentions list and we’ll get “ON” for resonating in the August 8th session. Login to your LightTravels account to access  your program link and get started.

With light and love
