In quantum physics they say that time is non-linear, that all events – past, present and future – are equally present in the vibrating field of energy. Einstein was quoted as saying, “Time is something we invented to keep everything from happening all at once. “
Have you ever noticed how time can take on different qualities? Sometimes it feels like an eternity as you wait for the end of your shift at work, and you find yourself constantly watching the clock. In another circumstance you can be so engrossed in a task that 5 minutes has suddenly become 10 hours! Anyone who has become lost on the internet, exploring the sites, can attest to how time can fly by.
Our thoughts create our perception of reality, including time, and broadcast a frequency of energy for that reality that is then picked up by the overlapping energy fields of others in our life – our boss, our colleagues, our family, people in cars driving alongside us. Our presence and our notion of time is a signal that is picked up. If our notion of time is that there is not enough of it ,we broad cast that to others who are at the same rate of vibration, and they not only unconsciously agree with us, they help us create a reality that does not have enough time, cutting us off in traffic, giving us more assignments than we can cope with at work, our children dawdle, and so on. The folks that see life as having more than enough time have stopped calling.
On the other hand, if our perception or thought is that we can get it all done and we have more than enough time, we can surprise ourselves with our accomplishments and still have time to spare. When we learn to bend time in this way, the work load suddenly adjusts itself; others magically play to our time by showing up as expected, going the distance and doing things to help us save time or create a manageable schedule.
Mind you, the ultimate time management technique may well be the stage II mystics described by author Caroline Myss who says that these spiritually evolved beings have the capacity to “bi-locate”; they can actually be 2 places at one time.
The point is, time is really an illusion we can master if we put our attention on it. It’s a concept that we may find useful to keep in mind when we are stressed for time. If we have an awareness of what we need to do in a specified period of time, and if we send our thoughts ahead by visualizing ourselves easily accomplishing the tasks in the time allotted, and if we include a positive feeling that it is all possible, we broadcast an irresistible frequency to the universe and everyone in our path. Time can literally bend to meet our needs. When it does, we are in a state of grace. We get it all done and arrive on time.
