ENERGY ALERT: Is your business, career or job aligned with the seasonal energy of spring?

Is your business, career or job in synch with the nature’s current cycle? Here is a checklist to find out. Review the overall intention for your company (you do have one right?).  Now check off all of the qualities below that you feel are present, coherent and serving your company well.  This sampling of key qualities describe the coherent energy of wood element associated with the spring season. 

As you consider each item think of examples for how it shows up in your business, career or job.

_ We have a clear plan and a sense of direction for the new season,
         product launch, project etc.
_ We have a balanced perspective amongst the pressures of changing times
_ We have a positive overall vision for the success of the company
_ We are motivated to achieve our goals and evaluate them regularly
_ We are organized
_ We are flexible and also maintain an inherent structure.
_ We are decisive and empower others to make decisions that lead to
         a higher state of coherence for the company
_ We exercise good judgment based on seeing all sides of a situation
_ We are growing towards our highest potential or hoary edacious goal
_ We get things done. (Positive Self-assertion)
_ We are hopeful about _____ (name a situation of concern for your company)
_ We know what is right and what is wrong and choose to do right action.
_ We combine different ideas in new and exciting ways. (Creative)
_ We give priorities our focused attention.
_ We easily work with time pressures (Timing)
_ We are  proud of our business/company/ career.  (Self-esteem)

While there are no right or wrong answers for the scoring of these qualities, the more of them you or your company experience especially throughout the season of spring the more in synch your business is with the natural cycles of nature. 

Our investment in these wood element qualities will payoff this fall when we reap in the qualities of abundance, money and reserves etc. related to the cycle of metal energy.  When you are aligned with nature there is more flow, or current to support your endeavors.
