Many of you are already there reading labels and being aware of what is and is not food for health and well being. If you make this intention your focus for the week, notice how articles, tips, and other people show up to support this intention. I was pleasantly surprised to find that a recent comment I left at the Huffingtonpost somehow got me on a list of being friended and a new stream of emails started arriving. Sure you could think “Not more email!” but in this case, it was for items I was truly interested in. Here is one I’d like to share- a post from Deepak Chopra on mercury poisoning in fish which helped me to decided whether to eat more if it or not.
