Today at 6:38PM Eastern is the winter solstice and I am looking forward to facilitating the session for this seasonal repatterning at that time. We will be entering the energy cycle of water element associated with the winter season. Among the qualities of this energy is CLEAR THOUGHT. Imagine your thoughts are as clear as a glass of pure water, or a bright star filled sky where you can see forever. A classic question from one of the Vision repatternings asks “If you could see clearly how would your life change”
I have always found that to be jarring question especially when we are dealing with core issues. We are usually so immersed in the problem of it, that we rarely think about what we want instead. If our water element is imbalanced our thinking is easily confused and it is also difficult to get clear on the real issues. We are particularly vulnerable to stronger willed people, who will try to have us think their way, or succeed in confusing us so that we don’t see the truth of a situation. Have you ever experienced that? I know I have and being such as compassionate person always give the ‘other’ the benefit of doubt. In hindsight my water element was a little murky.
You know your water element is balanced when you enjoy taking time to think, reflect and search for clarity on any situation taking your attention. You will assertively ask for clarity from others when you are confused. You will keep asking questions until you feel clear. Your clarity will reward you with the gift of taking your own stand one where you can say ‘yes’ or ‘no’ gracefully, politely but firmly.
So think of a situation in your life that has been troubling you lately and ask yourself these 3 repatterning questions:
- How would my life change if I could see clearly?
- What is the risk, fear, or frustration of seeing clearly?
- If I could be more, have more, or do more of something what would that be?
Water element aspects will also be included in tonight’s Winter Solstice repatterning so may wish to enter some of your answers for further repattern work. The session starts at 6:38PM (or retro-intend as the case may be!). Besides getting a seasonal tune-up, your issues and intentions for the ‘Best holiday season ever and a personal best year in 2011″ will also be repatterned. Yeah yeah… it’s free!
